About Johnny

Not a coach.
A system.

Seven years. Hundreds of senior tech executives. A system built inside the market — not in a classroom.

Johnny Walker

Built from the inside out.

Johnny works with senior tech executives — C-suite and one to two levels below — across the UK and US. People who were exceptional at what they did — and expect to be again.

The story behind the system matters.

Johnny started in The City in 1998, handling the job moves of serious executive people. He understood the recruiter's side of the table — how hiring decisions actually get made, what makes a candidate visible, and what gets them ignored.

He built a recruitment business in 2009 on a marketing-only model. No cold calls. No vacancy chasing. Award-winning. It worked — and it proved something: the executive market responds to positioning and visibility, not effort and applications.

The gap he kept seeing was on the other side. Senior executives — genuinely exceptional people — who were invisible to the market and didn't know why. ExecPlatform.ai was built to fix that.

Three tracks. One system.
Clarity and positioning. Visibility and access. Direct market engagement.
Built on what actually works. Everything else removed.

What Johnny actually believes.

Most executive coaching is built around the coach, not the client. It produces people who can talk well about their careers — but don't move them forward.

The executive market doesn't reward self-awareness. It rewards visibility, positioning, and timing. So that's what this system is built for.

Clear positioning. Direct visibility. Access to the right conversations.

No therapy. No vague advice. No endless reflection. Just structured work that moves you forward.

The insight that drives all of it: hiring managers are buyers. They don't wait to be sold to. They go looking — and they decide before you've even spoken. The executive's job is not to apply. It is to already be the answer.

If you want warm and comfortable, there are plenty of coaches for that. This is for executives who want to move.

Fifteen minutes.
No pressure. No pitch.

Just a conversation to see if this is a fit — and whether now is the right time to move.
